Paris is gone -

I don't understand the vote for Elliot. He has to be the one to go next week.
If someone besides Elliot gets kicked off next week I will be shocked.

From their reactions it appears rocker Chris is truely amazed when he is announced safe, but Taylor Hicks acts like he's not surprised.

I noticed Taylor was known to happy
to find out he wasn't in the top 2 in the previous week.

They act like it is one big happy family, but I think the pressure has to be getting to them. I bet behind the scenes they are a little more competitive.

I was looking at that avatar for ages and I couldn't even see what you two were noticing.  That's not a good sign is it!  LOL  Maybe it's time to get the eyes checked?

Frankly I consider Elliot the best all-around male singer on the show yet.  He has consistently gone out there week after week, done a wide variety (including jazz) genres and has done them expertly. He also doesn't seem pretentious as some of them do.  I'm waiting for Chris's head to blow off one of these nights; I think Simon was SERIOUSLY concerned about Chris messing up his throat before the competion is over, but the kid just insists on doing the same type of thing every week.  Taylor seems like a nice guy but....put my money on Elliot and Katherine McPhee!!! Elliot ROCKS!

Haven't watched it lately, but hey, the gray-haired guy's still in it.  So my kids tell me - "looks like you dad".  That works for me!
