I need some help figuring this out...

The current set up in the bar is an old JVC 6 disk player going into 3 TV screens.  The signal is fine, all screens are clear.  I tried to hook up my new RSQ player into it, and no video signal. The RSQ works fine at home.  I also tried to hook up my laptop to it, (With Radioshack VGA to TV converter) and I get a signal but it is a HORRIBLE picture...(wrong colors, distorted, etc.)

I did try various different channel settings, etc.

Please help...I am losing my patience.   :(

Thanks

Is it the MK22 you have?  I sent one back to RSQ for repair for similar reason, only that mine flickered.  I received a call from the service dept yesterday and asked if I happened to switch the "N-P" button (or something like that) on the remote.  The button changed the video sync and caused it to flickered or lost display.  562-404-9911 x201 is their service department if you have any question.  Good luck.

No, I have the neo e500 or something.  Works fine on my home tv.  works perfectly in fact.  Just when I try to hook up to the set up that the bar has with 3 TVs hooked up to it.

Thanks for the reply

Actually rsq may have continued to have a switch in the back of the machine that switches between ntsc and pal. In america it needs to be set to ntsc. I have seen it changed very easily without even meaning to.
