I know a lot of you are a DJ/KJ so hopefully someone can help me with this. I currently have around 1100 songs on Itunes and I want to transfer them over to a DJ program like PCDJ but the files in Itunes are AAC is there a software program that will allow me to convert these over to a file that PCDJ accepts or is there other DJ programs that will accept AAC? Thanks in advance for your help. :D |

There is a converter from IMTOO software http://www.imtoo.com/wma-mp3-converter.html that can convert AAC files to MP3 which you can then import or use in PCDj. It has a free demo and $19 to buy it. Xilisoft also has an AAC to MP3 Converter http://www.xilisoft.com/wma-mp3-converter.html for the same price. All Converter also does the same job http://www.allconverter.com/ A search engine is a wonderful thing... |

One thing to be aware of. The iTune store bought music is copy protected and most likely you can not convert them over to mp3 or any other format. If you ripped the CDs yourself, it shouldn't be a problem since I have done that myself in the past but on a Mac. |

Thanks, Eben thats what I needed to know because in the searches I did it would mention that it was difficult to convert Itunes files into a file that could be used in other programs. It never stated it was only if you purchased the music through Itunes that their protective tag would give you trouble. Thanks for all your help Everyone I knew someone had dealt with this. |
