Hi all!!
I just got a dvd recorder and want to record live through my mixer wich is a ub 1622fx-pro Behringer for now. And was wondering the easiest way to do it. I got 2 rca ti 1/4 inch wires just need to know where to plug into the board to pick up the live signal (the same 1 that comes out of the mains) without compromising my setup.

Why not just use the headphone output? Then you can regulate the recording level as well. Personally I use the Sub outputs as recording inputs.

Looks like you have 1 set of R/L RCA Outs at the top of the board. You could go RCA out of the board to RCA in on the DVD Recorder.

The tape out didn't seem to work looking for another option . Do you think the main 1/4 inch out would work without affecting the sound from my xlr main mix?  Or the control room out?

I personally use the control room output for my recording.  If you use the tape out the level is way to low, the headphone out will work as well but if you actually use headphones then your kinda outta luck with that one.

Yeah I've been doing that for about a year now.  I'm glad it works for you as well.  Good Luck with it.
