Post subject:  Is ProBurn a legit source for custom CD+Gs?

I recently purchased a compilation disk from them with several manufacturers tracks on it.  Unfortunately the quality of the media or the label are suspect.  They list Sound Choice, Music Maestro, Zoom and Easy Karaoke as companies that they have licenses to distribute tracks on custom CD+Gs.

My reason for asking is at a local show last week someone challenged me to the authenticity of the disk.  I own a couple of hundred original CD+Gs myself which I take to shows so I had pretty sold evidence I don't download and burn.  The karaoke company is a supporter of KAPA so they normally will not play anything burned - even backups.

I paid $4.00 a track US for the songs I purchased.  I understand the laws are somewhat more lax in Britain.  Does anyone have any experiences to share?

Yes Pro-Burn is a legit company - albeit UK.  Their discs will have thermal printing with their logo & track listing on the disc as well - not just paper or generic printing.
Next time bring in the receipt to show authenticity.  Sound Choice are one of the brands that have authorized their music for the site.

if the company is a KAPA supporter, then they need to do some research.

All the companies represented by ProBurn entered into the KAPA agreement!
