Hi guys -
I'm looking for a small 1 tray player that will play CDs and CDGs.
It doesn't have to be a rack mount. I want something good quality.
It would be wonderful if it played MP3 discs too. I'm going to use it with my system.
Do you have ant ideas?
Thank you - oh Thank you- and  of course thank you - oodles and oodles
lots of hugs and kisses :need hug:

that's the crux of the problem... with JVC and RSQ getting out of the field, there's precious little left that do! Keep trying to find a RSQ or JVC222. The trip player jvc333 is also a fantastic player if you can still get it. I have the JVC555 (triple gold player) that is just incredible! My favorite of all time!

If I HAD to get another at this time, I'd probably go with the Pionner v555. It's expensive, but very, VERY reliable.

Unfortunately, you have many untried or unproven players out there now, as well as the vocopro stuff... a brand that's proven to me to be untrustworthy, although they might have improved by now. With vocopro, you either hate them or love them. I've seen nothing but graphics problems with them personally...

I ain't trying to plug for it just cause I own it, but there is also the Numark CDN25+G to consider if the others mentioned get too hard to find.

It is a dual tray, actually a dual player unit that is rackable. Mine plays everything I've stuffed in it and it does it better than my old Pioneer twin tray soundwise.

I don't know what your setup consists of, but there are lots of advantages to placing everything in racks. For one, it's lots harder to damage the item while moving/storing it, and it can remain patched to everything else in the rack.

What are you using presently to play CD+G's?

My problem is I don't need much. Just a single tray player as a back up. I'd like to play cds and cdgs on it. I don't need anything else on it. I don't need mic inputs - I don't need extra trays. I'd like it to be small. I'm not going to put it in my rack. I have a nice set already.
