I am not sure which one to choose. Can anyone give some suggestion on which one is better?

Well none of these are really very good - however for home use should be fine.  Out of the choices you listed, this is the one i'd pick.

Doesn't the SoundTech S20 come with the amp built into the mixer?  Also, I would assume that I can use dual wireless microphones with this unit.
