hey guys, does anybody know of a private-room karaoke place in orange county, ca? i love going to karaoke yuu yuu in sawtelle with friends from l.a., but that's so far for me and my o.c. friends to travel. thanks! mel |

Babs, It just mean that ;private room, where only you and your buddies can sing in private. You may have private party there. The size can be from 4 person to 10 person large. you most likely need to pay for the space on the top of drink. For the karaoke part the system is normally a judbox(sp). Sound is never never good. |

i guess there probably are some shady places, or some shady people at least that do nasty stuff in there. but normally, it's just a karaoke place with different rooms you rent by the hour with your buddies like in the movie lost in translation. from what i understand from friends that have spent time living in japan, that's the way most of them are over there. btw, what's a GRO? |
