Hi friends. I recently purchased 2 cds from this company. One of the cds has a track full of clicks and pops and is virtually unuseable. I notified KaraokeCart of this and instead of offering to exchange the cd or even provide a refund, they just gave me the brush off and told me that if I had a problem to go tell it to the manufacturer! So, if you plan to do business with KaraokeCart, just remember that if you have a problem, don't expect any kind of customer service from them. They'll just take your money and run!

Good thing to know though, I buy my cdg's online mostly.  :wave:

You're welcome for the heads up. Believe me, I'm not trying to stir anything up. I'm just trying to prevent other members from being taken advantage of.  If Phil finds that offensive, well, so be it.

Ah, I didn't mean it that way.  :D  Phil doesn't delete them anyhow..... the mods do. I had a thread once though, asking advice on buying karaoke equipment.... I was getting some good advice (about good AND bad companies) .... and the thread got yanked down. I imagine because some people had said negative things about a couple online retailers. I don't see anything wrong with posting this info- as I said, it's helpful to those of us who buy online. (which is probably 99.9% of the members here)  LOL

And.... it doesn't hurt to "stir things up" anyhow sometimes, hahaha. (though I'm not meaning this thread, I know that's not your intent) Oh heck, I'm just being a smart aleck again...... as usual.

But, really, it's good stuff to know.  :wave:

I think that was the thread where Charmin took a splitting maul to her hubby's truck....Yeah, that was the one that got deleted.

Heaven help the outfit that sells that gal a bad CD...There aint enuff moderators on the whole web to save them.

Now you know why I am so attracted to her.
