Hi, I go by Dreams, which is the stage name I use when I sing and I am a a HUGE Stevie Nicks fan.  My voice is alot like hers and so I do alot of her music when I do karaoke and when I jam with the guys on stage and at shows.  This site is fantastic from what I have seen so far and I cant wait to chat to as many members as I can about music and singing, my passions! Im located in Brampton Ontario Canada and am recently married. :dancin:

Lucky lady to sing like Stevie Nicks!  I am a fan of Stevie Nicks as well, I sing a few of her songs but don't do her justice..  That's why I love karaoke!!!   It doesn't matter! :)

mine is edge of seventeen and I can't wait.
well i guess i really love them all but for karaoke definatley edge :dancin:
and full house i'm from okc my dad and stepmother live in moore also,97 th and something cool that your getting married this friday i get to i do.

thank you everyone for the warm welcome, its great being married but not much different as we did live together for 4 years first, but its nice to call him HUBBY  :oh yeah:
As for my name, Dreams, I picked that name is because its the first song of fleetwood macs that I ever did and everyone loves to hear me sing it, so it stuck.  So far I know Landslide, Rhiannon, Gold dust woman, All that glitters, Dreams, Stop draggin my heart around, Everyday, Sara,  Silver springs, Rooms on fire and Im in the prcess of memorizing and learning, Gypsy, Night bird, Stand back, Seven wonders and Destiny Rules.  I do have Leather and Lace memorized and sing it well but I dont have a male person to sing the guy part LOL.  So I miss out on that one.
I sing every thursday with a local band and on weekends when they need me.  Im trying to get enough songs memorized so that I can have a 3 set song list to approach bars and clubs etc with.  Thats my dream, no pun intended LOL :drums:  I can be a nut case sometimes and have a strange sence of humour but I promise to be honest and give feedback when asked for and look forward to getting to know everone here....I did do karaoke for 10 years and did it as a profession for 2 before falling in love with the stage and live music.  I still karaoke off and on and still love it as well.  Im just a sucker for the music :worship:

but I want to sing the other version where she speaks I don't think it's on karaoke.

I am also from Canada...Nova Scotia!! :wave:

Stevie Nicks...that is cool..I love her singing!!
I have never tried one of her songs the closest I get to a raspy singer is Sheryl Crow!!..she has some cool songs!
I mainly stick alot to doing Dixie Chicks...well that and everything else!! LOL
