Has anyone tried to set up a multi media  computer hard drive that also plays karaoke as a jukebox?

I've done some research there are quite a few of them out there. RJ tech, unify karaoke are a few of them.

Some with 40 gig, 80 gigs, 300 gigs. I don't know the legality of it, but you can
rip your CDG, DVD, VCD and store them in the hard drive when you connect it to your computer/laptop. It can also plays any of these formats independly(without connecting to your laptop/pc). Just connect the hard drive to your audio/video system.

Most of them also has a remote control for easy song selection and it comes
with softwares with rip/read/plays almost all of the karaoke formats.

Some of them are selling for 200 dollars some are a little more.

I thought that's a really cool and hot concept. No more sorting through tons of disc. You can add more songs and delete old songs.

If you have tried this or heard anyone has, let us know the pros and the cons
and if there are any  problems, drawbacks.
