In looking at the top rated 100 singers , I see some singers with one song rated while others have 5, 10 , 15 songs rated ect. Some of the 100 have songs submitted in 2004 . Lastly some on the singers I listen to with 9.7 or 9.8 are not in the top 100 . What are the ground rules for the top 100 listing ?
Thanks for any light you can shed on this........Hank

There is an error in the coding for some reason the counts are getting goofed up. I am working on a new method and will hopefully have it in place soon.
