I realized I've been making comments on subs and when I go back to check on replies, my entry never posted.  The comment I wrote is still in the comment block, as if it was never submitted (and yes, I did hit the submit button).  Also, I'm not able to comment on forums or post any new topics.  In the singers forum, I get this message: "Sorry, but only users granted special access can post topics in this forum"

Am I missing something?  I'm registered and logged in...?

System: Mac G4, OS 10.4.2, browser is Safari 2.0.1, in case it makes a difference
