Anybody has seen the new RSQ MK-22 player.? I still have to get a dvd karaoke unit, guitar center couldn't get my NEO-e500 due over demand. According to them RSQ is running out of (NEO E-500)units. Will have to wait a whole month until they manufacture more players. Ridiculous!
Considering to get this one(MK-22) instead, but looks like a cheap toy...
What it's going on with well made quality products???

updated: I just called them and they confirmed they're having  issues regarding NEO-E500 player. I asked them if they were planning to discontinue the product, they said "not at all". Plus they didn't have enough information about the new MK-22 player. However they confirmed it will play Divx files and price will be under $200 dollars, looks to me as CLONE  of the vocopro DVX-780K player...

Forgive my expression, but to me that sounds simply unacceptable and scare me to the creeps.
is RSQ COMPANY following Vocopro steps ???

No Karaoke company can compete with the number of KJ's that are switching to pc. There products continue to fall in quality as the # of higher price point units sold becomes less and less. Karaoke companies have switched from marketing to KJ's to marketing to consumers. Thus the number of lower price point cd+g players.

If companies offered a quality product in the begining I never would have switched to pc. The truth is there will probally never be a decent quality dual deck cd, cd+g, dvd, mp3 player made. I thought about using a Numark dvd-01 with a decoder but it doesn't have the beatkeeper or mp3 capabilities of the Numark cd-95.

Virtual DJ keeps getting better and better and hopfully they will add more karaoke functions, or if pcdj adds video I will be set, it stinks to use 2 programs to do a show.
