Im new here, but I just wanted to ask a question. you see theres this new TV show being made called Operatunity (same as UK one, but in Australia) and I was wondering if anyone had ideas on a song for my demo tape? I was thinking 'Der Vogelfanger bin ich ya' from Die Zauberflote by Mozart but I dont have the lyrics (and cannot find them) does anyone have them? (NB I found the english translation of it on this site, which helped, but I need them in German) Cheers!!! |

Also, did anybody here ever audition for Operations in the UK? Is anyone planning to do so for the Australian one? I would love to hear about there experiences. |

Don't mind us dumb yanks. I'm just getting into classical music, though it's still tough for me when it comes to opera. I could get into it more with video that has some cute little ballerina dancers ) I would love to hear an opera singer do "Oklahoma." Yippie-Yi, Yippie-Yi. |
