When I try to listen to one of the songs I get the small window, but it says done immediately and I get no sound....

it would be nice if you could tell us some specifics on your problems...
the first step on troubleshooting is determining the following:
Operating System of your PC
Windows Browser and what version (some use Netscape, Firefox, etc.)

Windows xp sp2...IE 6.0
No trouble with sound on any other programs.
