Firstly, thanks to all those of you here who are always willing to assist people like me who are not so conversant with computer stuff.
I am in the process of making back-up copies of my karaoke CDs for safe-keeping of the originals, however, when using MP3G Toolz (3.0.1125.3) to convert to .bin files the cue sheet Toolz produces never lists the tracks as on the original track list and so the tracks on the burned CD never match those as listed originally.
Can you please help with solving this little big problem?
Thanks in advance.
CJ

cjdelia, I just tried it using MP3G Toolz (3.0.1125.2) and found it to be working 100%. Did you look at the *.cue or *.txt file? What I also found is that you have to make a 100% sure of the file naming, it generates the cue file alphabetically (s/p?)

you know, I'm one of those that doesn't use the cue sheet...

I use audiograbber to rip straight to .mp3g, and then rename using kjpro and an associated program that ties into it's database "renamer"...

Only time I use mp3toolz is for converting from .zips to .bin, or .bin to .mp3+g and maybe zipping those...

Thanks to Allstar and Knightshow for your prompt replies.
I am going to show here a sample of how things are turning out. Hope you will understand better.

CD: Sunfly 115.....Tr. 1, Elton John, Tr. 6, Toni Braxton, Tr. 13, Ash

Cue.....Tr. 01 CDG = Tr. 02 on CD
Tr. 06 CDG = Tr. 07 on CD
Tr. 13 CDG = Tr. 14 on CD
The "File" info on the Cue sheet  is correct and corresponds with that on the CD, but the "Track XX CDG" don't match.

Text file and Cue sheet are identical in content, and all file names are correct.
Hope you can make out something out of all the above and  let me know in due time.
Till then thanks again.

OK, now I'm confused with your explanation  LOL  Let's see:
You should have the following bin files in the ripped CDG directory, let's call the directory c:\SunFly115

sf115-01 - john, elton - something about the way.bin
sf115-02 - backstreet boys, the - as long as you love me.bin
sf115-03 - imbruglia, natalie - torn.bin
sf115-04 - aqua - barbie girl.bin
sf115-05 - lighthouse family, the - raincloud.bin
sf115-06 - braxton, toni - how could an angel break my heart.bin
sf115-07 - sash - stay.bin
sf115-08 - eternal - angel of mine.bin
sf115-09 - king, diana - i say a little prayer.bin
sf115-10 - louise - arms around the world.bin
sf115-11 - sly & robbie - night nurse.bin
sf115-12 - moore, tina - never gonna let you go.bin
sf115-13 - ash - life less odinary.bin
sf115-14 - reeves, connor - my father's son.bin
sf115-15 - reed, lou - perfect day.bin

Then the cue file should look like this

FILE "SunFly115\SF115-01 - JOHN, ELTON - SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 01 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-02 - BACKSTREET BOYS, THE - AS LONG AS YOU LOVE ME.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 02 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-03 - IMBRUGLIA, NATALIE - TORN.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 03 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-04 - AQUA - BARBIE GIRL.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 04 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-05 - LIGHTHOUSE FAMILY, THE - RAINCLOUD.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 05 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-06 - BRAXTON, TONI - HOW COULD AN ANGEL BREAK MY HEART.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 06 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-07 - SASH - STAY.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 07 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-08 - ETERNAL - ANGEL OF MINE.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 08 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-09 - KING, DIANA - I SAY A LITTLE PRAYER.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 09 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-10 - LOUISE - ARMS AROUND THE WORLD.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 10 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-11 - SLY & ROBBIE - NIGHT NURSE.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 11 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-12 - MOORE, TINA - NEVER GONNA LET YOU GO.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 12 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-13 - ASH - LIFE LESS ODINARY.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 13 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-14 - REEVES, CONNOR - MY FATHER'S SON.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 14 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "SunFly115\SF115-15 - REED, LOU - PERFECT DAY.BIN" BINARY
 TRACK 15 CDG
   INDEX 01 00:00:00

The only way the tracks can get X-crossed ( 01 CDG = Tr. 02 on CD  etc) is when 1 track is missing.

I've observed that mp3toolz seems to process the zipped tracks by the time date field when you convert from zip to bin.

So if your tracks were not ripped sequentially,
mp3toolz can exhibit this kind of behavior.

Check your time date field for each zipped track and see if
the order the tracks are being created in the cue/text files corresponds to their
time date fields.

If it is, try sorting the zipped files by name, do a copy/paste to a new folder
to get the time date field of the zipped tracks sequential according to track name.

then use mp3toolz to convert from zip to bin and verify the cue and text files.
