anyone deal with them? i am having a really hard time believing a package i ordered that was shipped usps from Ohio to west virginia on the 18th and still havent been recieved..is ever gonna come :( im getting really aggitated. ive had contact, but its been vague.
this place has tons of great feedback on ebay which is why i chose them in the first place.
and im biting back the urge to leave negative feedback even at this stage in the game i just think its unreasonable to think its going to take that long to recieve something from the USPS. it took less time to get a package from britian!

I do not buy from ebay as it is very easy to get ripped off.

I buy from Ebay all the time... and only had ONE problem in seven years!

Before bidding on an item, you MUST check out the seller's feedback, and the terms of the shipping.

One of the crocks on Ebay nowadays is the elevated shipping and handling charges... boy do they want to "handle" you.

It's misleading, as the item for sale is generally very low, you think you're getting a good deal, and then see the whopping s&h charges!

By the same token, understand it DOES take a bit to properly package and ship something, espeically fragile items like cds! when I ship them in insulated packages, my minimum charges is close to $3 or 4 dollars!

I agree with Knight. I ordered my entire KJ equipment from ebay, zero problems. I have been using ebay since it started and I have zero negative feedback in over 80 unique feedbacks and I never left a negative feedback on anyone. I even bought my car over ebay and am very happy with it.

Like everything else, you have to make sure you know who you are dealing with and check their policy. Most of them with large feedbacks depends on ebay for their livelihood so they do everything they can to make sure the buyers are happy. However, they are human and they do make a mistake. One such example, I bought a set of bags for my JBL speakers. I sent an email asking if the bags would fit my speakers. They said they would. When they arrived, it was for the smaller version of same family. I called them and they replaced them without any charge, even shipping. I just had to send the bags to them at my cost.

Make sure you send out an email with a question before you bid and ask all the questions about it product. Most of the big guys sell product that is brand new in the box or sealed refurbished items. Many of these guys are authorized retailer so the warranty is still honored.

I love ebay to buy things. I got ripped off at my local stores more than at ebay. I bought things locally when I took home had been opened and things missing.  Only drawback to ebay is that you have to wait for your item to arrive rather than having it right away.
