Great site!

Just found it doing a google for karaoke. This site was listed in the TOP TEN!

I am Bob - I live in Annapolis, Maryland.

I own a small bar and we just started doing karaoke. We pay a guy to come in twice a week and run a show. We have probably 20+ patrons who really enjoy it.

I have never actually done karaoke before but they persuaded me last night to get up a sing. Thank goodness everyone has a sense of humor because I was terrible. I did "Margaritaville" - the crowd just joined in and that helped alot.

So I am off to peruse the site and see what I can find.

Hi Bob, Welcome to KS. Every one have to start somewhere. When I first start singing, my buddy had to help me finish the song. From then on it got adictive; I just NEED to sing every nite. So watch it ,

Hi Bob. I know exactly what you mean. My "thank GOD for humor" night was when I was half drunk and put in "TEDDY BEAR" when what I was actually THINKING of was "The Teddy Bear Song".

So of course, Elvis Presley's Teddy Bear comes up and I have NO CLUE how I'm going to sing it. I was there with family, so my brother and my cousin jumped up with me, and hand me laughing until I cried as they tried to help me through the song.

Anyway, I never got that song title wrong again, I can assure you! I was very new to Karaoke, and nervous as a cat, and that mistake was actually what loosened me up.

Welcome! May you enjoy your time here, enjoy the music, the laughter, all of it. Just, ignore the hamster in the corner, she's a little crazy!
