When I try to reply to a post in the Singer's forum, I get a message that says only users granted special access can reply to posts in this forum......can I have some special access?? .......Also, I joined the singers user group but it used another account I had created as a test. I have an account named Jeddyhi, which is the one I use and want to keep. And the other one is Jeddyhi II, which can be deleted. When I joined the Singers User group, it added the Jeddyhi II account. |

I think you need to have more posts than your current 15 to be able to post there. 20 or 25 is the number you aim for. |

So I'm forced to post where I don't care to post in order to be able to post where I want to post........that's pretty weird. Seems like that concept would just create spam! |

You have to "join" cetain user groups. The singers area is a join only group to post. Easy enough to do, at the top of it is a subcribe to this forum link. Click it. |

"post where you don't want to post"... Dayum Jedi... is asking you to post in the "regular forum" too much to ask? wow! |

Well the post I wanted to answer is not located in the regular forum. Is wanting to answer a post I can read to much to ask? I have over 10 posts to view the Singers Forum so now I need 25 to respond. Never been to a Forum with rules like that! What is the overall purpose of it? Anyone know? Seems like it would encourage meaningless posts to try and achieve your number! I'm gonna log on as Jeddyhi II and see if it lets me post. EDIT------- I logged as Jeddyhi II, the account that was accepted into the Singers usergroup but I couldn't even enter the singer's forum that way...not enough posts Issue resolved...I will just slowly get more posts. Thanks to all that responded! |

I have since removed the requirement to have 10 posts minimum to post a reply or start a new topic in the Singers Forum. You do however, still need to be a member of the user group to do so! Also, there are other Open User Groups that members can join. There are also some closed groups that you may not. Does any of that make sense? LMAO Heck, just click the link 'User Groups' to see a list. Join those that you wish. Some do have certain restrictions. |
