I posted a song a few days ago but so far its got no ratings and only one comment.  I know the guitar playing is a bit crappy since I'm only starting to learn to play (also the guitar is like 35 years old... seriously), but I think the vocals are ok.  Also its a pretty great song IMO (Yellow by Coldplay).

Anyway if some of you could rate it and leave some feedback that would be good

I listen to the song but did not comment like I normaly do.

ps: Don't expect people to be listening to your song if you do not listen and comment to others. You should know that by now. And have you reply to comments to your other songs? You dont.

Well he can't comment on others unless he has a certain amount of posts if i'm not mistaken.

I mean he should have reply to comments on his songs which he did not even do. As when I wrote the above post he did not reply to comments on his 2nd song and there 8 comments for that song.
On the top of that  he is credited with 0 comment. No board rules to prevent him for commenting other members songs.

Amateur, one hand washes the other. If you give more attention to other people, you will be given attention to, look at the following facts.

#1: Mad World: You didn't spend a single moment of your time responding to peoples comments on your sub
#2: Looking at your profile, you haven't commented on a single sub from someone else.


Once he has logged in, he can comment. Further more, he has been a member since at September 2004 with 2 posts in total and no comments to other subs.

I was under the impression I wasn't able to comment on other peoples songs unless I had a certain number of submissions.  Similar to how I am not allowed in certain forums.  I could have sworn that was the case when I signed up.  Though I can see now that either I was wrong or the rules have changed since then.

As for replying to comments, I did reply to most comments in my first song and thanked everyone who had posted.  I was going to reply to comments for my latest song once I got a few more to reply to.  I apologise for not replying to my second song.  I haven't been hear more then once or twice since I posted it to be honest.  I don't record songs often (2 in the last year with the second song I posted being from the previous year).  Also I'm not really into the whole karaoke thing, recording songs is just an extremely rare bit of fun for me.  Perhaps I'll get more involved here sometime in the future, I'll certainly rate some songs in the meantime now that I know I can.  Until then feel free to ignore me
