I am currently running my karaoke using Winamp in conjunction with Dragon MEXP.
I cant seem to just transfer the song lyrics from the PC to a TV screen. I am getting everything which appears on the desktop transferred over. The graphics card I am using is NVIDIA FX 5200.
Can someone please point me in the right direction.

There is usually an option to extend the desktop to the other output which appears to not be enabled on your machine.

You're currently duplicating the output which is another option entirely.  Check the display properties page for the settings.  I don't have how to get to them right at hand but they should jump out at you when you see them.

Most of the time after you extend the desktop in properties it as simple as dragging the graphic window over from your monitor to your tv.

I suggest installing (2) cd+g pluging into winamp so you can have one on your pc monitor and one on your tv.

go into display settings and set the TV to be monitor #1 and the desk (or Lap top) to be monitor #2 it will show up there. I use that option at home while surfing porn .......looks great on my 42 inch Plasma.
