Its been a year or so since played with Deamon tools so out of curiousity downloded the latest version and tried again....It puts up to 4 different virtual cd drives on which windows and any software sees as a real drive. Also downloaded the latest Cd Clone which reads a cd and pits a binary image .img on the hard drive with the .cdd cue file. This can now be mounted into drive z. Here is the secret. In Deamon set the device properties on the virtual drive as Yamaha mod CRW8424s. Cavs and Winamp with the cdg player plugin plays it just ike a cdg with graphics. The audio rate is something above 1400.. I didnt actually rip but I called up Cdrwin and it loaded all the tracks in drive z and would assume it would rip...Ok knowing that the image file is a straight binary copy of the cd, I just had to try.. I looked in the junk box and drug out an old A-Open 52x.....Replaced the plextor booted up and put another .img in the iso folder. I crossed my fingers rubbed a crucifix and mounted the file on the z drive. Called up winamp cleared the selection added folder with drive z Clicked on track 05............GRAPHICS....I think I have worn out 3 plextors ripping......
