I have a problem with some karaoke files, they are ok when I play them on my computer, but when I burn the files to use them on my karaoke-machine the lyrics are missing. (I’m using mp3+g toolss

This problem is not on every file (perhaps on every 10 file)

Hope enybody can help me with this problem.

Try reducing the burn speed to the lowest speed your burner can go- 1X, 2X, 4X etc... I assume your burner is CDG compatible since you said it only does this every 10 or so tracks.  Don't do anything else on your PC while it is burning.  Turn off as many programs that are running in the background as they may be causing your burner to pause or error during recording.  good luck and keep on singing- tig

what type of burner are you using? What type of burning software? and what type of Operating system? XP can be a biyatch to adjust appropriately for this type of application.

http://www.goldenhawk.com has a free program. Once you convert to .bin files, then cdrwin will burn it IF it's a compatible burner (they'll have a help file on the site that will show all compatibles... basically, the program won't recognize the burner if it's not compatible. you'll be limited to 1X speed without buying the program. It's only $40 to buy though!

I believe Pioneer uses a different channel than the default setting in CDRWIN so other manufacturers may have a different setting also...- tig

Power CD+G Burner is the easiest solution to burn CD+G on any drive that supports DAO96. You do not have to play with cue sheets or file converting -- software burns BIN and MP3+G files. And it also includes a ripper part.

Evaluation version is available here: http://www.powerkaraoke.com/src/prod_powercdgburner.php

I agree, the Power CD+G is a great program. One thing it's missing is the CDDB access so you have to type in the song name on each track. They are promising that a future version will include this. If they do, it will be perfect for me.
