Which is the best format over all, AND can anyone recommend a consistentley good brand?
Bare in mind i am in the UK.......

CDG's will have more variety than the VCD's so they are the way to go.
Sound Choice, Chartbuster, Sing King, and Sun Fly are all companies that tend to a pretty decent job. Sun Fly is a UK Based company, as is Zoom. Sound Choice sells to the UK through a specialized distributor there.
