Glad to be here, although I'm still really lost . To boot, my mic died, so can't sent anything new, so I'm off to find the right forums, to figure out how to fix the 3 songs I actually do have, that are a total MESS....hehehe

I look forward to getting to know you all, and I just love listening to your songs, makes me so happy to know others enjoy it as much as I do

HEY NEWF!!

I'm not a newf, but my ENTIRE Family is!! ALL my brothers n my sister.... aunts uncles, cousins... you name it! All newfs! They're mostly from Springdale, but there's more pretty much everywhere..

wouldn't surprise me if we're related!! I did just tell my cousins about karaoke sites.... are you one of 'em? !

Lol, crystal;) You must be like me.... ya gotta check the ole family tree before ya date, 'case you are related to the guy;) (I swear, I am related to half of the maritimes...i musta had a busy family (only on me mum's side.... my mom is always saying "oh, didn't you know she is your great aunt?" Or "oh, don't fight with her, she is your seconds cousins husbands mother in law!":) (Ok, yes, I am bored....)

OMG OMG OMG!! GILLY!!

About a week before Tyson and I got married we were talkin about Tyson's aunts n uncles and cousins, etc (he's got newfs on his dad's side) and someone came up... his aunt's cousin or something was the same name as my DAD!! FIRST AND LAST!! I nearly puked!! I thought I was about to marry my 3rd cousin or something!! Lots of phone calls later.... it turned out to NOT be my dad.... just another guy from the same town... with the same name!!

I told my parents the story... and they actually KNOW the guy... they used to live NEXT door to eachother! Mailman used to mix up their mail ALL The time!! A couple years later... my parents moved to Grand Falls or somethin... and had my brother... and THEN a couple more years later my brother was outside playing... They got new neighbors that just moved in...and he comes back in all excited and goes "HEY MOM... the kid next door has the same name as me!! but THIS time... all THREE names!!! (my brother's middle name is my Dad's first name... this making sense?) SO... they decide to go over and meet the new neighbors neighbors.. AND IT'S THAT SAME-NAME GUY AGAIN!! HE NAMED HIS KID THE SAME NAME AS MY PARENT'S KID WITHOUT KNOWING IT!!

all a very weird creepy situation..

anyways... YES... I thought I was gonna marry my relative!! All the wedding plans were set!! Invitations were out and I almost had to cancel due to incest! Eww!

!!! Oooh, i LOVE it;) , but, back home, i think the whole, marrying into the family thing is pretty.. umm.... normal;) Lol, hard to REALLY track who is related to whom;) Honestly, I really don't know WHO i am related to... in elementary school, more than half the class was my cousin;) Lol, bUT i have to share your story with justy, he will laugh his arse off:) , luckily, Justy is originally from Califonia, and he has absolutely NO family in canada, except for his immediate family, and his grandmother who later also moved up here... (although, he does live next door to my aunt and uncle, who live next door to where my grandparents live, which is across the road from my dad's sister, who is next door to my cousins, the first aunt and uncles children... AND, the house Justy grew up in, (100 acre farm) is the house my mother grew up in. HIS gram lives next door to his family, and across the pasture, my family lives, next door to my aunt and uncle.. the aunt is my mothers older sister, who is married to my fathers older brother..... confusing yet? Basically, the entire area is family:) I am rambling here.

I think we are going to scare the newfie newbie;) Lol.



(I CAN"T believe your story about almost cancelling the wedding doe to incest... HEHEHE, send out THAT with the invitations;) Have a hard time hiring the minister, too;)

You two are hilarious....lucky for me, I'm only half newf, and the family I'm aware of, are nearly all gone.  I have only 3 cousins, and 2 are female, so I THINK, I'm ok,hahahaha

I can see we're gonna have some fun around here
