Hey there, I popped in to vote and there wasn't a poll!!  Karaokemeister must be busy so I will stick one up here.....but there isn't much time left so, please vote soon!!!  :yes:

p.s I will P.M Karaokemeister, but I think the week of May 2nd-8th should be dedicated to songs about Mothers for Mothers Day....what do you all think?  Good idea?

You people are terrific...

I apologize for my not getting on these things sooner but I have been extremely busy. Yay for me. The real estate market in the Baltimore area is just going nuts.

I listed a house on Wednesday had the first Open House on Saturday and I have seven contracts in hand ready to present to the sellers.

I listed a house last Saturday and presented five contracts on Friday.

I am working with 10 buyers right now.

In my other business, I did a capture on Thursday evening (almost missed the Apprentice)

And the Web business is doing well!

So again I apologize if I am a hard man to reach.

I see that this week it is PUNK! This ought to be really interesting and I will try to sneak in a few listens.
