Who is going?

And where can you actually read about it on this website besides date and where it's at.

Is there a schedule/program? Place and time of events? Anything

I fly in from Hawaii on 17 May and going to take wife and sister to the fest but can't find anything on this site or the Fest site. And no my wife and sister are not the same person.

Thanks
Devon

KaraokeFest takes place on May 22nd at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA. This is an all-day event, gates open at 10am. Last year, between 10,000 & 15,000 people attended Knott’s for “the event that changed the face of Karaoke” and this year’s edition promises to be the biggest and most exciting “Fest” ever as the many thousands in attendance at Knott’s will again be included.

Everybody sings! There will be 7 Karaoke stages located throughout the park, right on the midway so you can sing all day. There will even be a special Children's Karaoke Stage located in Camp Snoopy.

The main show will be held in the famous Charles M. Shultz Theater (formerly called the Good Time Theater) where some of the biggest acts in show business have perfomed over the years. Featured events include the finals for the famous “Crème de la Crème” regional singing competition hosted by KZLA's Shawn Parr. -’s premier contest event and centerpiece of the show. The show starts at 1pm. You will see the very best of the best singers and performers that Southern California Karaoke has to offer competing for thousands in cash & prizes and the honor of being crowned Male & Female Karaoke Vocalist of the Year. Last year’s winners were featured on the top rated “Mark & Brian” radio program as will this year’s winners. Then there are the “Karaoke Golden Achievement Awards” (the “Oscars” of Karaoke), honoring venues and individuals throughout Southern California for outstanding contributions to Karaoke and excellence in their fields of endeavor.

There will be an even bigger and more exciting “KaraokeFest Expo”, where vendors will be exhibiting their products and services and where you will be able to check out the latest and greatest Karaoke software and hardware as well as some brand new Karaoke related concepts. This year the booths will be located in the immediate vicinity of the Charles M. Schulz Theater making for easier access and more of a "Karaoke carnival" atmosphere.

Tickets are only $24 ($21 less than Knott's regular adult price of $45) and include not only KaraokeFest, but all of Knott’s world famous rides and attractions, a real bargain.  Tickets may be purchased online on this website or at www.KaraokeFest.com. You may also call (714) 826-2212 for ticket sales and all other KaraokeFest 2005 information.
