Can someone provide some brand/model for a decent mixer/amp or mixer?

Is Peavey PR12 Pro Light Speaker a good choice?

I plan on getting a set of PGX/SM58 wireless mic and pc system from VOD-HOME.com

I Think the perfect home karaoke system would be:

JVC Single tray cd+g player. $200

Berringher 1622fx mixer. $150

2 - Jbl Eon 10" - $1100

Yeah you could go with independant power amp and speakers but this would be compact and kick (@$%&#!).

Berringher 1622fx mixer seem too complex for home use... are there any decent mixer that sit on my A/V stack.  I just need some that have 5 to 6 knobs in the front not on the top.
