Hey KNR, Am I missing something here (sorry, but I'm a "newbie")? :( Has the date for this contest come and gone? :no: Might there be future contests like these either at Stateline or nearby? DesertGOP The contest has not finished. The finals are all that is left of this years contest and they will be held on June 11, 2005 at Whiskey Pete's. There are trips available for the entire weekend. If you would like to attend the finals please email me with any further questions. This contest will be a yearly contest and if you would like to be added to the email list to be notified of the next contest and venues that will be holding qualifing rounds. Dear KNR :wave: , By all means, please give me as many details as possible about the June 11 contest finals, as well as what I need to do between now and then to even qualify (are there qualifying rounds that I must enroll in first before having my sights set on Whiskey Pete's and June 11?). Yes, too, on adding me to your e-mail list. That would be great! I appreciate that! :oh yeah: Also, for the finals, would I be required to stay at Whiskey Pete's, or may I drive up from Victorville when the time comes? Are the finals held over a couple of days, or are they a one-day/night shot? Finally, what are the registration fees involved, time limits for performances, costume restrictions, etc. Just curious. I need to set time aside as soon as possible and make all the necesary plans NOW to find if I'm even at all eligible for this finals competition at Whiskey Pete's.
