Hey all,


              Does anyone know of anyplace, online or otherwise, where I can get some backing tracks?  I'm getting kind of tired of paying 15 bucks for a cd and only using 1 or 2 songs, and everything online I have found is either low quality or else bombards me with pop-ups and redirects, any help would be appreciated.

There is an online streaming karaoke service, but a better bet might be to consider custom CDG's.

You could always use an X-Box and the karaoke add-on that has tracks for about $2
each.  It's mostly chartbuster in the catalog but it's cost effective for home use.

You can also consider purchasing in larger quantities.  The Sweet Georgia Brown collection has over 1000 tracks and cost about $140 from one of the sponsors.  If you can find even 25 tracks  you'll be doing better than your current purchase methods.  I'm betting you can find a lot more than that you might want to sing.    There are other packs out there that can be had pretty inexpensively.  Sound Choice puts packs on sale for $40 occasionally that might be a good purchase option as well.

These are just a few options to consider.
