Anyone have a spanish or french translation to "Music of the Night" from Phantom....this is something I would love to try. I've translated it through Altavista, but it winds up making no sense at all. Any help would be great!! Jason |

Jose, an actually translation isn't what he wants is it ? Song lyrics aren't a straight translation of a language are they ? The lyrical content of a song will be altered slighting to allow for phrasing, poetic structure, etc from on language to another. If I translate "Music of the Night" to spanish, what I end up with doesn't work. My guess is like other songs, loads of "nips and tucks" take place when translating music lyrics to a different language. |

Ya Steve is right....there is an actual musical translation of the song, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. |

there has to be a translation for that somewhere...i searched a couple of times but no luck....and yes i know that when you just translate the song it will end up sounding weird...but thats what he had asked for...umm ill keep on searching...if i find it ill let ya know jason.... |

Jason, I tried looking last night. Seems that even given the amazing number of obscure things a person can locate on the net with a resourceful search, this is abit tougher. Still looking. Finding translated musical lyrics of some of these songs, isn't quite as easy as I anticipated it would be when I first read your post |
