Anyone know why and how Karafun is able to provide tracks from these manus? What did I miss?

I think it's shared by the 'community'. Interesting. I wonder how the legalities work there.

Sadly, the "Producers" of karaoke tracks have been fast and loose with
the required authorization and payment to the IP owners.

That being said, the entire music industry has been a bit lax in actually paying
the IP owners funds earned by distribution.

Today, the "Streaming" services are even less inclined to pay anyone.

I'm glad I'm not owed anything.

Karafun itself doesn't offer those manufacturers directly, it's the community files from other users that upload.

I use the old version of karafun i found it in an old backup
the new version is striptdown
with the old version you can make your own karaoke files
that that is not possible with the new version
