Post subject:  I May have spoken too soon.
I know that I have said that I wouldn't consider going back to Compuhost but a development has come up to bring the idea back in my brain. The only thing keeping me from doing so is the cost. I totally destroyed my ability to use my old registration by forgetting to release my final license when I changed out a hard drive in favor of a bigger drive, or I might have released it and installed it on the bigger drive and then lost it when the drive got destroyed from a tray table it was on decided to collapse sending the laptop crashing into the floor. The new hard drive didn't survive. I had to reinstall the old hard drive to get it running again.

AND

Do not keep backups in the same location as originals

BECAUSE OF

Possible theft, possible damage from fire or flood or what have you.

The issue was that I originally had both my backup and main laptops stolen at the same time. Karaokeware was nice enough to give me a new license to replace it but it was only one. I changed out a hard drive in favor of a bigger drive and forgot to release the license from the old drive. My mistake but at the time I was planning on abandoning Compuhost for another program due to issues on playing videos on the filler player.

Danny, I don't believe you're a real person. Maybe you're a "bot" or something but I think you're fooling us into believing that you're a real human being. So, you need to prove it to us.

You go through programs and equipment so fast it's unreal - what is the reason? I replace equipment when it goes bad (but then I don't buy junk to begin with that I feel I need to 'upgrade' all the time), i've never had to replace a software ever - sure i've had glitches and failures - it's usually a computer problem 99% of the time. Then make such ludicrous claims re microphones (ie a VocoPro better than a Shure) it's hard to take anything you say seriously anymore.
