Aloha All,

Just passing through, I like to read all the posts, not much of a singer more a computer/karaoke/mp3g junkie.

Interested in trying my hand in some recording, I have mixer/amp/mics/laptop just need to find the best program/usb soundcard

Mahalo

Oahu is a Tropical Island in the Pacific Island Chain of Hawaii, the state capitol is Honolulu with landmarks as Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.
The famous King Comeoniwanttolayyou also lived here, Oh yeah Elvis was here once to!!

I live in Hawaii (Oahu) and was just seeing if any other locals visited the boards. I call people who sing Karaoke, Freaks and Junkies (not in a bad way). Karaoke people are like the BBB's Boaters, Bowlers and Bikers, boaters help every boat in need and wave to other boaters when passing, bikers help every bike in need and wave to every biker passing, bowlers prance around in funny clothes and high-five everything that rolls. Karaoke people are encouraging and friendly and clap for every song even when you SUCK!!! Freaks are singers, Junkies are singers who can't stop singing.

Anyway Aloha Everone, I'm 40 don't sing, did once in public, sing at home all the time (closet junkie), wife does, all my friends do, so i drink beer and clap, more beer than clapping.

When is Aloha Friday in Hawaii?? EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!!

Laterz Freaks!

Huh - I thought that was just a line from the Grumpier Old Men movie -- it's NOT? It was a real person? Cool!

Hey - there's a name for me! I'm happy 'junkie' sounds better to me than 'freak' does so it's good that 'junkie' applies. I keep saying I'm addicted to karaoke -- guess it really is an addiction with a name! LOL!

Have fun here!
