I am getting closer to figuring out how to record my voice so I just thought I would give you ample time to stock up on earplugs.
Its coming! Oh and I guess its only fair that I tell you I am going to start out by butchering THE KING! I know that will make some happy!

I have been around for almost a year and still cant get thing done right. So just dont wait for too long, just get it out soon

OK!!!, I got my mic today and finally got to record something! I can see it is going to take me a little while to figure out how to sing into a mike. Plus this Audacity is all new to me; I have been experimenting with the "gverb" and other fx.
Don't really know much, but I have been having a blast all day! You'll have to excuse all the Elvis songs. He is one of my idols.
If I can find the mp3s I will do some other folks once I get the King out of my system.

HEY MELLY!!! I gots a tip for ya to lesson the POPPIN' P's!!
hold the mic a bit sideways so that your voice is passing across the mic instead of directly into it.... helps for me anyway.... and I don't find it loses any volume or anything...
OR.... NOW you're gonna laugh at me....
I read a tip from some website.... take an old pair of pantyhose and cover the mic like a windscreen! !
I haven't tried it yet, but it kinda makes sense.... _________________

if you watch the vids of pro singers, you'll see that they have a pantyhose-like mesh screen that hangs in front of the speaker...
