I used to purchase many tracks from Zoom Karaoke website but I see on their page:



I used to be able to access from Canada no problem. Does this mean all the tracks I purchased from them are no longer accessible? I may need to chalk up another loss.

Buy their discs from ebay.

Or, buy and download tracks from SBI or KV or Karaoke.net.

Why would it be another loss? Did you purchase the tracks and NEVER downloaded them?

I noticed this the other day, and it just sucks that we can't even LOOK at what product is coming out directly from them

Thankfully you can still get the CDs through eBay (2017 Part 4 just came out). If you can find 4 songs to use on the CD (and I can), it pays for itself.

TunnelBear or some other VPN will get you in. Just saying.....not advocating.

surprised it took this long. Canada is restricted from buying those tracks anyway, stuck in the same mire as the U.S.
we are both specifically excluded from PRSformusc licensing.

I can understand the download restrictions, but restricting the ENTIRE site to the US/Canada market? That's a little extreme.

Information on new Zoom releases is always a good thing. Even if I can't buy it directly through a download, I can still import whatever CDs they release to use.

the problem is they do not pay the extra ridiculous licensing fees required to sell in the U.S. and Canada.
the PRSformusic license that the rest of the world uses is specificaqlly not allowed in the U.S. and Canada. so as far as the U.S. music publishers are concerned, if they made it in any part of the world it is legal as long as they do not want to sell it here....at that point the licenses do not exist anymore and they are illegal.

Why don't you use ebay?

Although we can't SHOP at Select-A-Track anymore, there's no restriction on otherwise using the website. New releases can be viewed by manufacturer. Zoom also has a Facebook page.
