HELP Why can't I upload a song? Frustration sets in....
It's MP3 and only 2.05MB....what could I be doing wrong?

HELP Why can't I upload a song? Frustration sets in.... It's MP3 and only 2.05MB....what could I be doing wrong?

Try modifying your profile in the Singer's Showcase. That may be one problem. I also removed the error that stated you upload a song today. Please provide the actual message that you receive as an error. "Cut & Paste" Also, note that it does take awhile to upload your submission. PHiLL |

I updated the profile and tried agian...if the main screen appears is it still uploading? |

Probably... you have to be fairly patient while it uploads. We have a pretty fast connection and we still have to wait a while. Oh, if it IS uploading, you should have a message at the bottom of your screen saying something like "Upload in Progress... please be patient" or whatever. Don't expect the progress bar to be accurate, it isn't on ours.

Not sure what you mean by 'the main screen', but if you click 'upload' (or 'submit' or whatever it says) and the screen goes to a page with something like "Upload in progress" near the bottom, then the file is uploading and hasn't finished yet. When it changes to a different screen, either the file is finished uploading (check your profile to see), or something went wrong and it didn't upload. Hope that helps

hmmmm....funny enough....my song wont submit either....it goes through the motions...then when the main ss page appears...my song isnt...tried 3 times now...same thing happens...and it is well within the file size limit????? |

There are some technical difficulties. No one can upload a song for some reason. I had the same experience as BT.
