Vocal track definately needs to be louder. Otherwise, you were better on pitch with this one. Again, you managed to capture the emotion and feel of the song (good job!) and again, you could benefit from a fuller sound to your tone.... a 'breathier' sound. Your timing is perfect. Above all else, your ability to broadcast emotion makes this sub very pleasant to listen to. Thanks

Reply: I personally prefer the vocals to NOT be so loud... so I did that on purpose. To me, a song is the music, and the softer voice, especially on a ballad. unsure how to DO a fuller timbre... advice say on the forum would be highly appreciated! thanks!

This is another one of those songs with what I call a 'non-distinct' melody in some spots. Those are very hard to nail on pitch, and you do waver on pitch in a few spots. You do better on the chorus and you capture the emotion and feel of the song. The high notes are impressive. You could benefit from 'darkening' your tone a bit. Overall, I thought it was cool though.

Reply: again, I'd love some input on HOW to darken a tone... maybe more umph from the diaphram?? thanks for listening! and the comments!
Ok Knightshow
Yes, it requires a stronger push with your diaphram. My husband would say "You need to push out more air".
As an example, if you just say the word "High", then take a deep breath and push out more air while saying "High", you will get something like 'hhhhiiiiyyy'. Now when you integrate that into singing, you will get a 'fuller', 'smokier', 'darker', 'more sultry' tone. Unfortunately, it degrees an even higher level of diaphram control and greater lung capacity (you will run out of air more quickly because you are using it up faster).
Hope this helps
