Phill,

have you changed any of the setting for the showcase?

All of a sudden, its not remembering my details, and as soon as I log in its logging me out again!

It was fine yesterday, and I haven't changed anything this end...

Any ideas, anyone?

ya might have just caught them in the middle of updates or changing features etc on the SS... I know alot of ISP's or web portals that do their maintenance, updates, upgrades or changes early in the mornings while traffic is light... unfortunately if you happen to be part of that light traffic then you might encunter errors or troubles on the site... just a possibility- tig

OK, it's all gone horribly wrong again....

This time I've not been able to log in to Showcase for over 24 hours...

I know its not my computer settings cos 1) nothing's changed and 2) a friend tried to log in as me on his computer (he's a member here too and can log in as himself with no problems) and HE couldn't log in with my details either.

I'm starting to get a touch annoyed now...

PHILL, can you look into this please??

SORRY!

I went away for the weekend... Back now and will try to figure out the problem.

1st - you may try changing your login password.

Click "Profile" (to the left in the Member Area)

Then change your password.

I will see if I can determine what else may be the problem.

This is not an individual problem.......no one can log in......changing password will not help........Hey web guru.......you have a server problem in the SS.

oh no..... you're gettin' two different problems confused..

Atomic's problem was from a long time ago...and it still needing that fixed

This server problem we're having now just happened today... we've got a thread about it in Singers Forum...

I deleted a setting in your profile... Don't know how that worked but it did! :)

I am still working on a few (quite a few) modifications, they are more complex than I believed they would be...

Oh well, glad that worked...
