Hmmm... I can't think straight today.

I got offered a Trade deal:

17" MacBook Pro mid 2010|i7 Quad Core|8GB DDR3 Memory|1TB Hard Drive

trade for:

27" iMac Dual Core Late 2009|1TB Hard Drive|8GB memory + Apple Cinema Display
20" |1680 x 1050 ATI Radeon HD 4670 256MB|

Look at usage scenarios.

I am a gamer so more screen real estate and high resolutions is important to me.
I am also still more of a desktop user than a laptop user. I do most of my work at a desktop.

From a karaoke show perspective, stick with the MacBook.

Ever since i switched to KaraFun, I now use the iPad as my backup karaoke, This is just an extra computer now. I also like screen real-estate and may consider the trade.
