Karaoke Forums

I recently got a lead on a 2-night-a-week karaoke gig, and I already have a vinyl DJ setup. I enjoy karaoke so I figured why not branch out and make some money?

Still deciding on what discs will get me the songs I need. The forums here helped me figure out who has good quality and develop a library-building strategy. Now I'm creating a database of which songs are in which packs, so I can see all the songs I'd have with the pack combinations I'm considering. Of course, the database will be useful afterward to organize my collection and create the books.

If you can't have fun...why bother?

I do sing some, but I'm definitely an amateur at it. People seem to get a kick out of my tounge-in-cheek rendition of "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias though. Maybe I'll record it sometime.
