I was recently channel surfing and landed on a blues station. I was really digging some of the more up beat tracks. I have performed some Stevie Ray Vaughn tracks in the past, but have never branched out. Looking for some suggested tracks from various artists to try out. |

Chris, you might want to check out the "Scott Bradlee & Postmodern Jukebox" videos on You Tube. They take current songs and put a Blues, Jazz or Oldies spin on them that give them a really great sound. Plus Karaoke Version has come out with a number of them and keep adding more. Even though I haven't had anyone sing one yet I grab them as they are released if for no other reason than they're good and "I" want them and one of these days I'll get to where I can do one in public. |

I am a big fan of Post Modern Jukebox. I didn't realize they were being made as karaoke tracks! I will definitely look those up. And that you all very much for the suggestions! |

The James Taylor version of Steamroller Blues is available in karaoke, and is an excellent tune! |

Are these the kind of karaoke tracks anyone can purchase, or just KJs? Postmodern Jukebox karaoke would turn me into one of those guys who brings his CDGs along with him. They are playing in my hometown next month and I'm considering taking time off to travel across state and see them. |
