Hi friends:

This is to inform that thanks to our very own private investigations team of members we recently uncovered another impostor. The crime here was posting songs fom a pro singer claiming to be hers. It looks like con people out there still haven't got the message that they're not going to get away with it. This last catch is the third since I joined in.
I decided to post this thread because members are still listening and commenting on this con artist's lies.
So, for those that didn't know, VOCA ELITE KALLA has been posting songs from a singing sensation called Giulia.
Hats off to those that caught the clues and acted accordingly. You know who you are :wink: :D

It's such a shame when something like this happens. Here you had someone who looked like such a talent. Gorgeous face, vocals, nice comments, and it turns out to be a fake. Gotta wonder what this person has got running through their mind. Wonder who the girl in the pic really is and if she'll ever know her image was used in this sad joke.

Thanks Tony for being head of this elite team of fakekaraoke-busters. You do great work. :wink:

I knew something was off right away...in discovering that she hadnt even been listening to the subs she was commenting on. :( I stopped listening to her subs after that. That really got my goat.

I just had an epithany (ok, maybe I can't spell, but I know what it means!)

We've all wondered why... I have it figured out!

Pretend I'm good looking but have marginal or decent singing skills (by professional standards - possibly quite good by our standards).

I log onto SS, post my pic so everyone can see I'm young, and hot (likely retouched!). I post songs of professional singers hoping I'll be 'discovered'.

Once I get the contract and am in the studio they'll use all sorts of fancy equipment to 'polish' the sound up and I become another shoved down your throat no talent hack dancing around stage w/ bad choreography making 7 figures a year! :shock:

LOL....well thats a good scenario...I have another...Maybe it was really the girl and her career is slow or she just got bored and came to play with us using a fake pic.....

And yet another, Maybe it's a GUY we knew who left.....after reading all her comments I wondered about that too...

Wait a minute.. so, if a singer is TOO good, you check 'em out, to make sure they aren't fake? Darn, I suppose the fact I haven't been investigated, is a major blow to MY ego:) Darn:)

DANG... another one :shock: I guess I shouldn't be shocked... there's always another one who comes along when one is ousted..

ahhh I remember a couple of my good catches back in the day... People who tried changing the pitch of an original to pass it off as their own.. They forget that if they can alter it to a new key... we can change it back.. DUHHH and then compare the waves and ... voila! they are the same.. can't dispute the fingerprints hehehe.. sorry reminiscing lol..

good work to the detectives on the case! just sorry that we even have to deal with this sort of thing.. ahh well.. at least we catch 'em ;)

Her last sub still have the Id tag on it. Stupid of her/him? Can someone trace from where this sub come from? Who knows it may be people who had left this bb for some bad reason.
