So I got my new S4 today, and thought it would be cool if Chrome Casting would be native to it.

Then I thought how cool would it be, and so much easier, if a hosting program could CHROME CAST either lyric screens, scrolling up next singers, or advertisements, or all!!!!

So, my challenge to all the programmers out there, DO IT.

Just imaging, no more running wires to TVs.
Just bring a WIFI router hooked to your gig laptop, hook up some CHROME CASTs and u r done!

I have never played with ChromeCast. Does it let you send the video of just a single screen to a TV? ie; you have a PC with two monitors in multi-mon, can you choose which screen to send to ChromeCast?

I do this with my Diamond WINTVPRO units, but there is some limitations.

You can either....

1. TAB CAST which is mirroring your Chrome browser (from phone, or PC)to the Chrome Cast. Can be laggy sing the Chrome Cast runs through your wireless network. So content goes form internet to you Chrome browser, then to the Chrome Cast dongle.

2. or you can do what I call DIRECT CAST, which is streaming direct from internet to the Chrome Cast. This works on apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, Your Tube, and a couple others. Then your PC or Phone basically turns into a remote control, and this is not laggy.

3. There is also a beta DESKTOP CAST, which works the same as TAB CASTING, but it does the entire desktop, and is also a bit laggy.
