I have 3 discs I'd like to purchase but I'm wondering if it was one of those sites that I had heard about sending illegal burns instead of original discs. I wanted to get the march, april and may issues of the combination pop and country discs that all star has released. Anyone know of a site that sells them in Canada, i would really have to pay import duties which usually happens when a site sends them via UPS -James |

Do you mean www.karaokewh.com? I used to buy all of my stuff from them and karaoke.com. Both are great organizations, and certainly don't send burned disks. Karaoke Warehouse is definitely one of the top retailers out there, in my experience. |

I agree. karaokewh.com is one of the biggest & legit karaoke companies out there. Same as acekaraoke & karaoke.com (shout-out to owner Greg L. for great customer service). |

Perfect, that's good enough for me. thanks for the quick reply.. I will order the discs as soon as I have the money. It is a real shame I am no longer hosting, it would give me an excuse to get the suscription program they are offering. 3 months in a row there there is definately at least one song I personally want to sing and I know for a fact that another has been requested at shows I have been to.. -James |

Karaoke Warehouse is about an hour and a half away from me. I have not done business with them yet but several of my friends have and the disc are all factory originals. Everyone that I know that has dealt with them are very happy and are repeat customers! I am planning on going there some time in the near future. Bill |

Well, I'm not one of those satisfied customers. They sent me a set of CDGs that wouldn't rip. Resent them, those wouldn't work. I asked for my money back and I was will to return them but they refused. I got stuck with CDGs that wouldn't work. Yeah yeah, maybe they thought I burnt them and then wanted to get my money back and have the music too. They never accused me of it and I've never done it. So to me, their stuff is crap and their service after the sale is suspect. I've never went back and never will so they lost a repeat customer. |

I've posted this before... I don't do business with KW either. Their Customer Service is the pits!!! I dealt with them over 10 years ago, and I had a problem with something they distributed (which was not supposed to be sold in the US), and then when I had a problem, they were very obstinate about trying to help (of which they had agreed with the originating company that they would take on all responsibilities for selling this product in the US). I had to call one of the CEO's in Japan(where the product was made) to light a fire under KW's butt to fix my problem... which they finally did after that. |

The ONLY product I use is the All-Star custom discs. At 44 cents a track (using the walmart E-cards)and the ability to pick and choose they work for me. Some do come cracked as they are just placed in a card type envelop with no padding but they send replacements quickly. I receive my orders in 3-4 days from my orders |

I get the customs with the Walmart cards as well - and I also have found custom cards on amazon.com as of late. I've only had a problem with one single track on one single disc that I bought so far. Just some garbling of the lyrics due to a scratch that the disc probably picked up enroute. I ordered 4 discs this past weekend and had 3 of them on Thursday and the fourth one by Friday. At roughly 50 cents a track for a custom disc and with the improvements they've made in quality - especially their country music - it's hard not to like them. |

You obviously think I was being a spelling nazi. You missed the joke. At first glance I read it completely different..."Karaoke Whorehouse". Never worked one of those. |

@ Chris: @ Bazza: My apologies: I’ll be the first to admit that I totally missed the ‘implied homophone’ word (whorehouse). My bad. Heck, we visited quite a few around the world during my Navy days, I should’ve spot that word right away. But I will repeat what I said last: “No diss intended”. |
