I recently purchased a custom disc from Customburn.com. There was a slight glitch with the Sing To The World tracks - the title screens weren't appearing for very long or at all. (Not a major problem for me as all the other graphics and music, including all the lyrics, were fine). I happened to mentioned this in an email to Rob from STTW (who is also a member of this Forum) an email on a different subject I hasten to add. About a week or two later, without my asking, a duplicate disc arrived through the post with all the titles corrected. Free of charge.
I thought I would share with the Forum how impressed I was with customburn and Sing to the world and re-iterate my thanks to Rob for going over and beyond the requirements of his job for yours truly, a very satisfied customer!

Even tho I haven't used the Customburn site, my general experience with these sites has been that they are good about replacing tracks, no questions asked.
On a footnote... why did it underline and hyperlink the word general in my statement above?

You are so right. I wish more people in the karaoke business knew what customer service was.

They had said somewhere that the custom site would be last to be blocked and to get any burns now as US residents won't be able to after that.

Thanks for the post my friend. Some of you may not know that at STTW & Customburn we have a "Disc for Life' policy due to the discs being burned rather than being pressed. This means if you buy a disc from either of my companies, that disc is yours for life so if the graphics break up EVER. You can send the disc back to us for a FREE replacement. Customer services is as important to me as the quality of the tracks we produce. Rob http://www.singtotheworld.com & http://www.customburn.com

HUH? you mean that someone is actually blocking sites coming into the U.S.? And I just tried both hyperlinking to the url within this quote, and typing www.customburn.com, and it brought me to this url: https://www.customburn.com/cat/no-acess.html (with the same message Lone Wolf got).

Try This one... just replace index with tracks... This worked for me; however, when hitting ENTER after typing this URL, it did change from HTTP to HTTPS and became https://www.customburn.com/cat/index .
