OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!! lol!

Ok yes i'm a bit excited.....!!!!!!!!! Atomic aka...Jacqui from England is flying over to see little ol me a week from today!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've been such good friends for so long and we finally get to meet!!! WOW I'm stunned and shocked and honored and oh my.......

Sorry i'm babbling....but damn I just can't help it!!

She'll be here from Sept 28th to October 6th!! WOO HOOO We're gonna be hittin some karaoke....going up to Lake Tahoe...over to San Francisco....WOW!!!!!!!

So now that that's out of my system (for at least 5 minutes).....I'll ask a question we can all participate in lol

Have you ever met anyone from the internet?? Me...I've met about 60...in 4 countries and 5 states.....

LOL In addition to Jac coming...the 2nd most exciting thing that's happened to me today lol

For anyone who has tried some of the chocoaltes they have in England, you'll know why i'm so happy lol

Jacqui (Atomic) had sent me a package that got here today lol Filled with Maltesers, Jelly Babies, Flakes and a HUGE Galaxy Bar....

I've met a couple people I've met online. I always try to set up the initial meeting at a public place - preferably with law enforcement nearby (McGuire's Irish Pub in Pensacola, Florida is perfect!). Many of the restaruants/bars/etc I've met people at have off duty policemen as doormen or as bouncers. I mainly do this when I meet women I've met online and I also tell them to bring friends or anything else they need to feel comfortable. There are a lot of wacko's out there.... and even though I'm not one of them I know enough to be cautious. I'd love to catch Matt's or Lonman's show sometime. Since I'll be going down to LA later this year (or early next year) to meet my soon-to-be-in-laws I hope to meet lots of people from the showcase while I'm in the neighborhood (we'll probably be driving down the coast from Seattle so we'll try to catch as many people as we can!).

BTW, I will hopefully be meeting fellow Alaskan Heather Davis soon!

Oh, did I happen to mention that I met my fiance online? She was in Alaska (later in L.A.), I was in Orlando, we met face to face while I was on vacation in Tennessee (she flew out to meet me) and we've been together for almost 5 years.

lol wellllllllll i met my first husband from the net.....I lived in Alaska and he lived in Norway....

and I met my current fiancee on the Net....we both lived in Cali thank goodness! lol November will be 5 years for us too :) Congrats!

OHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!

Alrighty....Jacqui's flight just took off from Atlanta....and i'll be leaving here shortly to go get her!!!

She must be exhausted...her flight from London left left....and the flight out of Atlanta was 45 minutes late leaving too........

And travelling with a 3 year old...she's gonna be EXHAUSTED!!! lol

Anyways.....i'm so excited and just had to share!!

Yes, I've met a bunch of the East Coast karaoke people, I consider some my friends.

Back last winter a kj and his wife from Coventry England came to visit NYC and my lady and I spent some time with them.

Last month they returned to NYC for a 2 week visit and stayed with us at our apt.
The kj is Starmaker2000 (Colin345m) from the UK Karaokeinfo karaoke board. We all had a great time while they were here, BJC

Wouldn't it be great if we could organise a huge get together for all of us in one place!! Just imagine the karaoke night we would have!! Having said that, Eva and I will be in San Francisco the nights of 4th, 5th and 6th January 2005! (and Tahiti the nights of 7th jan to 12th Jan!!) :)

AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jacqui (Atomic) and I have FINALLY Met!!!! Even through late departures and later arrivals, she made it!!!

Whoooo hoooooo.....thats great. I've had 2 people i've met on the boards come to my house this summer. One came for our karaokes'....TWICE....it's greaat fun!! congrats you too....party on!! :D :D :D :D
