Very Midi synthed (think $59 Casio keybord) - like Honkey Cat. Not very useable.

Oh well. Too Bad. That is a great song. I love old Rush, and really wish there was more of it on Karaoke.

I agree. Old Rush rocks, but there aren't too many guys that can sing it (well).

I love old Rush tunes. I have a singer who look & sound like Rush’s frontman. Sings good “tom sawyer” & “red barchetta”. Btw, I have 10 songs by Rush, all sc’s. My favorite “spirit of radio”.

I have 2 singers that can pull of Rush & Journey very well, would love to have more Rush as well.

Now that you mention Journey, there's a ton of their old stuff that needs karaoke versions too.

Like what, there is a bunch of their old stuff out, I have 26 of their tunes, the only ones I ever hear regularly is Faithfully & Don't Stop Believin. Lights, Open Arms & Wheel In The Sky get done on rare occasion.

Where do I start?

foremost, my favorite old Journey tune "People and Places"

then...

Patiently
Good Morning Girl
Precious Time
Someday Soon
Something to Hide
Stay Awhile
Too Late
Lovin' you is Easy
La Do Da
Escape
City of the Angels

Just those 12 and I'd be happy :)

It would have been 13, but I just realized Karaoke-Version now makes a version of "Mother, Father".

What? No mention of one of Journey’s greatest hits Separate Ways? This song is freakin’ awesome! Requested regularly, also Lovin’, Touchin’, Squeezin’, Anyway You Want It & Steve Perry’s very own Foolish Heart.

Sorry to go wayward south off topic. You guys started it!

I have Separate Ways on SC. Yes this one does get done on occasion as well, not often though. The other three are very rare (if at all).

Lon, I counted my Journey songs & like yours I also have 26 listed (all sc’s) but only the 8 truly classics are actives. For the other 18 songs requested - uhmmm pretty close to never. Love the old Journey fronted by Steve Perry; sadly they decided to go their separate ways. :)

Went to that OZP site and my virus checker was going nuts. A shame, I was trying to find this one for a singer who requested it:

C'est La Vie Emerson Lake and Palmer on OZP29-07

Any other recommendations?

I remembered you mentioning you liked old Rush here, and today I noticed on iCroons new releases that karaoke-version now makes a version of "The Trees" by Rush and the music is pretty good. Just thought I'd mention it. Hopefully they'll make more.

Trees is out, Working Man isn't available through K-Version.

Yes it is, just without the words.
