Ok in the middle of one the wildest gigs out at the lake I lost the top part or grille off of a Shure axs-1 mic... Curt down at the guitar shop says you cant get parts for discontinued mics Havnt checked the web yet Does anybody have any ideas?// The axs-1 has the shorter top than the others.. |

I could have sworn I saw replacement screens on the Shure web site, but can't find them now. Here's what their web page says- Most replacement parts (and many accessories) for Shure products are available through our Service Department, including selected replacement styli (needles) for phonograph cartridges. Any idea where to get a replacement windscreen for a Sony ECM-51 microphone? Sony quit making these mics quite some time ago and parts are nearly impossible to find.

if it is just the little foam windscreen, try using a lavelier windscreen |
